The land is divided into 6.5 hectare parcels each with its own water source and has been utilizing the Voisin Rational Grazing system to conserve the productivity of the pastures.

There are 3 corrals for care of the livestock with chutes and squeeze pens, the main corral with cement floor and loading chute.

Apart from the natural water sources, there is a central reservoir with millions of liters.
